TAMPA, FLA -
This past Saturday at around lunchtime or so, 54 year old Antonio DeArmas and 22 year old Jose Francisco heard their home alarm go off and decided to investigate.
They found Justin P. Frazier walking through their backyard, fresh from attempting to break into their garden shed. They promptly tried to make a "citizen's arrest" but Justin P was not in the mood to surrender. Instead Justin P Frazier started punching his two confronters.
Antonio DeArmas and Jose Fransisco were not in the mood to give up either. They attacked Mr. Frazier with a shovel and a piece of pipe. Armed with he shovel and piece of pipe, DeArmas and Francisco were able to detain Justin Frazier until the police arrived. Frazier tussled with the cops for a few minutes, then said "oh what's the use" and let the cops take him downtown.
According to DeArmas and Francisco, Frazier was no stranger. He had broken in to thier shed previously. Their is no word on what is in the shed that keeps Frazier coming back.
Frazier was treated for a shovel wound on his head, then taken to the station where he was charged with some felonies and misdemeanors, and thrown in jail, where he will remain until someone comes up with $3500 to bail his butt out of the joint.
