Linda Bollea, famous for being married to Hulk Hogan, dating a kid who's one year younger than her daughter and one year older than her son, being pretty damned top-heavy, and being married to Hulk Hogan, is accusing Hulk Terry Bolea Bollea Hogan of being a non-compliant estranged husband.
Now the deal is that Hulk is not allowed in his big giant house on the beach or his big giant condominium on the beach, according to a court order passed by judge George Greer this past February. So now Mr. Hogan is living in his bright yellow SUV, parked outside of the set of "American Gladiators". But the problem with this arrangement, as Linda's lawyer explains in a motion filed this past Monday, is that Hulk keeps on hanging around his two dwellings, and is "pushing the boundaries" of the original court order.
Linda explains that when she calls the police on her husband, Hulk just tells the cops that he is "running errands" or "just passing by". And then the cops just get his autograph to sell on ebay some day, and explain to him that they had to stop him because Linda said he was doing something bad. And then the cops go to whichever place that Linda is staying, get her autograph, and while struggling to maintain eye contact explain to her that they can't put Hulk in jail for hanging around his house, as long as he is not in his house or on his property.
So now Linda is trying to get a court order that says Hulk can't be anywhere around her, ever.
Linda's latest motion says "Husband has a history of violence towards the Wife and is capable
of attacking Wife at any moment. As recently as the
past month, the Husband has engaged in public verbal assaults on the
Wife in her presence and in the presence of onlookers."
The motion also states that "Husband clearly understands the mandates of the Court Order and is
intentionally "pushing the boundaries" with respect to his rights
pertaining to the marital and beach houses," and then "However,
Husband is violating the spirit of the Order and antagonizing the wife
by parking on the border of the property and following Wife and her
guests."
It all goes to court on Tuesday, and the judge is reportedly planning on spending "a good twelve to sixteen hours" watching "Hogan Knows Best" reruns to help him determine what course of action to take.
