Now here's another wacky domestic incident story...
In Bradenton, home of beautiful white sandy beaches and one heck of a stunning confederate war memorial, a cop named Angel Buxeda was trying to break up a domestic dispute when he broke his leg. Manatee County Deputy Buxeda was in the process of trying to subdue some crazed teenager when somehow his leg twisted and his leg bones broke in three places. As an angry crowd of haters-on-the-police gathered at the scene, Angel was unable to move, and called for backup. He was able to tase the domestic dispute teenager, and another cop cuffed him.
While the uninjured cop was preoccupied with the tased domestic dispute kid, another guy set himself apart from the angry crowd by throwing a big-ass brick sized rock at the broken legged deputy. Luckilly for Deputy Buxeda, the eight inch rock whizzed by his head and hit a doghouse. Buxeda saw the rock throwing cop-hater-mob-member but did not recognize him. He did, however, catch a glimpse of a tattoo that said "Godoy" on the guy's neck.
So the cops did a little brainstorming and pondered the possibility that the guy had actually had his own name tattooed on his neck. Sure a noth, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement was able to find a drivr's license picture of a guy from Texas named Francisco Javier Godoy. Buxeda and other cops who were at the domestic dispute scene identified Francisco as the rock thrower. Police arrested Francisco this past Friday and charged him with attempted battery. Godoy's bail was set at $25,000.
